Before I became a Christian I was a furious man. I was cranky all the time with the people around me. I sometimes felt lonely. It seems like nobody care about me. I don’t really know what true love means. I spoke bad words. I didn’t have any good resolution with my daily work. From day to day a hopeless shadow was swallowing me. I was completely hopeless. I was not good at my high school study.

But in 2002, God met me through Pastor David (Khmer Pastor who now lives at Sihanouk Ville). I met the true Love. I know how to share with love. I am not selfish any more. I now I know that there is only one true God. He is our closet friend. He gives me Hope. And it’s a true hope. He is full of Love. He comforts me when I go through hard time in my daily life. So I really believe that God will provide me and taking of me in the midst of my problems. And he will deliver me from all of my problems and temptation through my faith. I am happy and blessed now to live freely in His Grace and His Salvation. I am still have joy in my heart even though sometimes my friends, relatives, give me hard time or persecute me through their words. They said that I am out of my mind now, silly and betray Buddha to believe other god. It is a sinful action against Buddhism. But I still believe that one day they will come to know the truth and the true God and that they will open their heart for Him as well.

In 2004, I was so excited and blessed to be one of the students of the 3 months Bible College that was run by Terry and Elizabeth Schroder. I have got to know the Holy Spirit and experience Him. I was baptized in the Holy Ghost and received the Tongue Language then. It was a joyful day in my life. And I strongly believe that worship God in the spirit is so significant in a Christian life. Because I really want to know more about God and His word, in the end of the year 2005 I decided to do my study in Christian Bible College, El Shaddai in Kampong Cham. It was run by Korean Christian Missionary.

I want to be the Pastor, the servant of God. I want to preach the Good News to my Khmer friends and nation. Because now they are living in the darkness with hopeless like I did before. I want to multiply 10 or more leaders in the future so that they also can go to their own communities to extend the Kingdom of God in Cambodia and be good pastors there. I know that I cannot do this job by myself or with my ability. But I through the strength of God and working hand in hand with godly Christians with the same vision we will accomplish the mission on earth. And God teaches me and guide me along the way too. And I will learn from Him and from my Christian mates. I really am blessed to involve and working with Heartland Community Church. I thank God for this precious opportunity in serving the Lord. God bless!

Family Status:  Married with 1 daughter.

Birth Date: 14th December 2006.

Husband’s Name: Vutha Bi        Age: 28

Birth Date: 6th August 1980

And I have 2 younger sisters and 3 younger brothers. I am the oldest. Today we live with my parents in lam in the same house where 10 family members live together.

Father’s Name: Sang Kheang              Job: Farmer

Mohter’s Name: Orng Nihouy            Job: Farmer

Before I became a Christian in 1995 I moved from my parents to Kampong Chan town. I used to live on one of the island in Kg-Cham. I moved to live with my aunty to do some small business in town. I was not happy to live with her. I was upset and cry almost all of my time in her house. She is cranky and angry all the time with the people in house and me. In 2002, there was a friend of mine came to me while I was selling breads near the Taxi Station in town. She asked me if I want to learn English. I said yes to her and she said that her god-brother is an English teacher. He taught English free. So one day I went there to study my English. Before that I didn’t know that it was a Christian church though. After I was there for my English lessons for one week my teacher told me that every Saturday there was a fellowship meeting with the youths. My English teacher was Pastor David Sek.

When I was in the meeting I realize that it was a Christian Meeting. They sang Christian songs praising God and did some of the Bible Study and we ate some fruits at the end of the meeting. I really enjoyed the meeting and happy to be with this group of people. They are so kind and friendly to me even his wife also interested in the caring of me too. And one day pastor David send me to join in the 8 day seminar in Sihanouk Ville with other 5 youths from the church. I really was blessed to be there. I got to know about God and His love and the Salvation and His crucifixion for the world. All of the Christian there they were so friendly and they welcomed me warmly. I was touched by God in the meeting and cried. We prayed for each other and I gave my heart to Christ that time in August 08th, 2002. I am the only Christian in my family.

After I became a Christian I am so happy and have hope in my life. I love others now while I didn’t before. I can forgive the people now. Sometimes I don’t have enough money to spend but I still have joy in my heart. I stop worry of anything now. God never forgets me. He provides all the time and meets my needs. Sometimes He blesses me through missionary and other friends. God always answers my prayer in all circumstances I went through.

In the future I want to be a good Sunday school teacher. I love to see the children get to know God more and more because they are the future of this nation. I can see that if more and more children become good Christian then Cambodian will be blessed with Peace and prosper. And I want to open orphanages and teach them God and other training that they can do business to make their lives have a better living in their Community. I thank God that he make way for to involve with Heartland Group here. God bless!
