Impact teams application
Thank you for your interest in Heartland International's Cambodian Impact Teams. Several team trips are currently being planned for 2008 and there are vacancies on most teams.

Ideally an applicant should :

Have a sound and current experience with Christ, Spirit-filled and a tithing member of a local Christian church.

Be in good physical, mental and emotional health.

Be of a flexible and compliant attitude, willing to follow instructions and work with a team.
The expected cost to be part of a Cambodian Impact Team in 2008 is $2,650 all inclusive, covering:
- Return airfares from Brisbane or Sydney
- Insurance
- Departure tax
- Visa
- Internal travel
- Accommodation and meals
You will require a passport, vaccinations as advised by your doctor, travel to and from the airport of departure and around $200 personal spending money.

The application with application deposit of $650 should be lodged as soon as possible.
The application deposit will be fully refunded if your application is unsuccessful.
Should you be accepted as an Impact Team Member, you will be notified by mail. You will then be supplied with insurance and obligation statement forms and a copy of the Impact Team orientation booklet to assist your preparation for the Impact Team.
At that point you will be requested to forward an airline ticket booking deposit of $1350 that includes a non-refundable airline-processing fee of $400.
The remaining $650 will be due no later than six weeks prior to the departure date.
Confidential application Form and Pastors Reference
Some questions may be perceived as personal, but all details collected through this form are necessary to ensure the integrity of Impact Teams and will remain 'CONFIDENTIAL' . There is also a reference form for your Pastor to complete and return on your behalf.
Note: An applicant will only be considered after a Pastor's Reference has been received.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation after an applicant has been accepted and the application processed will incur a 5% penalty. A cancellation after the ticket is purchased incurs the same 5% penalty but refund of ticket / insurance money becomes an insurance claim and is in accordance with the insurers refund policy.
